No Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Kelab Perwira Malaysia. We are committed to providing our members/volunteer/donors with high-quality services and exceptional services. To ensure transparency and clarity, please read and understand our No Refund Policy before donating or using our services
No Refund:
1.1. All Payment Are Final: All payment of courses and donation provided by Kelab Perwira Malaysia are considered final. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be provided unless otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
1.2. No Exceptions: Kelab Perwira Malaysia does not entertain any refund requests, including but not limited to, cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with the course content, failure to complete the course, or any other personal reasons.
Cancellation and Termination:
2.1. Payment Enrollment: If you choose to enroll in one of our courses/charity projects, you have the right to cancel your enrollment at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for course/charity projects enrollments.
2.2. Service Agreements: For services provided by Kelab Perwira Malaysia, if you choose to terminate or cancel the service agreement before its completion, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items:
3.1. Fees: Fees paid to access skill courses materials or services are non-refundable.
3.2. Completed Services: If Kelab Perwira Malaysia has provided services in full, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome or result achieved.
3.3. Digital Downloads: Digital products, including but not limited to e-books, study materials, or other digital resources, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Dispute Resolution:
4.1. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding our courses or services, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. We are committed to addressing your concerns and providing appropriate assistance.
Amendments to the No Refund Policy:
5.1. Kelab Perwira Malaysia reserves the right to modify or amend this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
